When you contact me
The form requests your name, email and message to answer your enquiry or discuss a collaboration. These details are needed to reply; you can also email directly. Processing is based on responding to your request and, where relevant, preparing a professional relationship. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Email and retention
Zoho ZeptoMail delivers messages from [email protected] to [email protected]. The plugin may retain the most recent failed message, including its content, in WordPress for troubleshooting; it is limited to one record. Correspondence is kept while needed to handle the enquiry, maintain the professional relationship or meet applicable obligations. Email services also process technical logs under their policies. You can request deletion of an enquiry that is no longer needed.
Security and browsing
The hosting provider and Cloudflare process technical data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Turnstile protects the form against spam. These operations rely on the legitimate interest of keeping the service secure. Messages are not used as public content. We do not sell personal data or use profile-based advertising.
Cookies and optional analytics
CookieConsent stores your choice for 180 days in mm_consent_v2. WP Consent API uses wp_consent_* to communicate it within the site. Cloudflare may use cf_clearance for security checks. WordPress session cookies are reserved for signed-in users. These necessary functions do not depend on accepting Analytics.
Your Google Analytics choice
Google Analytics loads only with your consent, in Europe and everywhere else. _ga and _ga_* may last up to 180 days. We do not send names, email addresses, form messages, query parameters or URL fragments to analytics. Advertising features are disabled. You can accept, reject or withdraw consent through “Privacy preferences” in the footer of any page. Withdrawal stops measurement and deletes this site’s Analytics cookies without affecting earlier processing.
Providers and external links
The hosting provider, Cloudflare, Zoho and, if you accept, Google support their respective services and may process data outside your country. Their policies linked below explain processing conditions and international transfers. Links to Wave Sonora, GitHub or LinkedIn open services with their own policies. Audio is hosted on this site and does not play automatically.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and exercise rights to object, restrict processing or data portability where applicable, by emailing [email protected]. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the competent data protection authority where you live. Requests are handled under applicable law. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on visitors.
